Another new animal from the prolific Michael Johnson. Woodblock is so nice to look at that i’m wondering if we shouldn’t consider Michael’s way of demonstrating craft as another option.

    I agree it’s nice to see the type used in this way. but my feeling is that type really comes to life when it is used to print something. Also, I feel type being used purely ornamentally has been the death of many type collections so is there a conflict if type is being used in this way in a project about the extinction of letterpress?
